Who’s Brad G?
Ok but why did you rename your channel “Brad G” ?
Who is Brad g is a great question
Is brewed coffee should be avoided?
Are beans okay? And do fruits need to be stopped altogether if a person likes to eat a lot of fruit will that cause an emergency with diabetes type 2?
I’ve had to tell T2DM pts eliminate snacking only to have it reversed by dietitians because “you don’t want to avoid hypoglycemia”. So whenever their glucose sustainably dropped, they were asked to snack more instead of titrate down the meds (first insulin then the insulinogenic PO meds)
Dr. Fung and Dr. Bikman videos appearing back-to-back in my feed. My favorite doctors!👍
Same!
Who is Brad G? Why is that name on Dr Fungs account?
My question too
saw that also was wondering 🤔
😂😂😂😂😂
@@pennypierce6511 maybe he got hacked
I repeatedly read Doc was hacked but I don’t know.
Thanks Dr.
Again good information and clear instructions for who want to take action from cheating longer for their type diabetes and obesity and fat liver problems
Thanks
Thank you for doing what you do.
I’m fasting for 10 days now. 20 lbs down. I intend to go for another 4 weeks and get rid of ALL the excess fat once and for all.
Thank you Dr. Fung for everything.
Nice freaking work. I’ve done a couple 3-days, but not enough fortitude to go for a 10-day. Going to try a 7-day at lent.
Wow! So happy for you! I just started fasting about four days ago. I’m eating two meals a day. My meals consist of kale smoothie with ground flaxseed, spinach n chard salads with grilled or baked chicken or salmon. Sometimes for lunch I’ll have a breakfast of oatmeal and two boiled eggs or broccoli Microgreens with avocado and egg. I’m also doing 30 min cardio and squats weight lifting. I hope I see results like yours. All the best! 👋🏼
@@renemunoz8642 So you’re doing calorie restriction. Fasting is going the whole day without food.
I hope you’re INTERMITTENT fasting, not just fasting. Sooner or later your body will run out of electrolytes and it will damage your heart. take care and best of luck ❤
Sounds like a ticket to death. Nowhere does Dr Fung say fast for a month.
Here in Malaysia we have Dr Mani. A down to earth Doctor giving help for free in reversing t2 and Dr Mani been posting his tips way back in 2019. Before he posted it on TikTok. And I’m glad Dr Fung. Is also highlighting and posting the same method. Unlike some doctor giving us More and more metformin prescription. A million thanks doc.
Great advice and information for diabetics, I totally agree with low carb diet, but some facts are missing here, just my thoughts, not all carbs raise bg, complex carbs or fibers are carbs but don’t raise bg, in addition, coffee is not bad and has benefits for health if made from fresh beans and no added sugar, this topic is very broad and I suggest to discuss in more details and deeper, I’m type 1 diabetic for 15 years so far without any issue, BMI 22.3 and combination of regular exercise daily with diet containing high fiber, protein and healthy fats, again thank you Brad (Dr. Fung)
Don’t you take Insulin injection? What are your initial and present Insulin/C – Peptide levels?
I was hoping to see him start the video with dark sunglasses on and a hat on backwards and him saying, “Yo what up?! This is Brad G!”
Sorry, I’m not going to give a thumbs up to Brad G. I only give a thumbs up to Dr. Fung.
Something tells me you’re the one that hacked and changed it
@@Aeronautgal: Pretty sure it’s you. Even your name sounds like a hacker’s name. 🤔
Thanks for valueable information.
Awesome information 🙏thanks❤❤❤
This is so good. I’m saving it in my Dr. Jason Fun file for future reference when I feel myself wanting to eat carbs.
Perfect explanation 👌👌
