ChatGPT –

🚨 *PROMPTS*

*Prompt 1: Get Your Personalized Calorie and Macro Targets*

Act as a world-class registered dietitian and expert on metabolism.
Your goal is to help me calculate my current maintenance calories, my total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), and my ideal calorie and macronutrient targets to lose an average of 2 pounds per week while maintaining lean muscle. Ask me one question at a time to gather all relevant details about my body composition, age, activity levels, metabolic history, diet history, and lifestyle factors that influence my caloric burn. Then calculate my results

*Prompt 2: Build My Custom 7-Day Meal Plan*

Act as a world-class registered dietitian and a women's health and nutrition expert. I have already determined my calorie and macronutrient targets for fat loss (listed above). Your job is to design a fully customized meal plan that fits those numbers and aligns with my lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Before creating the plan, ask me these questions one at a time to gather the following information:
- My food preferences
- Foods I dislike
- Any dietary restrictions
- My daily schedule
- Cooking skill
- Kitchen access
- Digestive issues
- Taste preferences
- Eating-out frequency
- Convenience needs
- Cultural or religious food practices
- Exercise routine
- Budget
- Preferred number of meals per day
- Any other lifestyle factors needed to customize the plan.

*Prompt 3: Follow-Up Prompt for Progress Adjustments:*
I’ve been following my plan for two weeks and haven’t lost any weight.
Walk me through possible reasons one question at a time and help me troubleshoot.
Consider things like accuracy of food tracking, water retention, hormonal changes, sleep, activity level, and stress.
Then, help me update my calorie or macro targets if needed.

    1. @vickisromei get it, but I will not participate in anything AI. It starts out innocent, but it will all end up bad in the end.

  1. Great idea! I got my PCP to refer me to a dietician but insurance refused to pay for an appt because I am not diabetic. Will have to give this a try…😊

  2. Losing weight is nonesense. Muscle is heavy. Throw the scales away they’re the enemy of your mind. When you’re healthy and strong you know it and here’s a clue, you earned it.

    1. She’s ignoring any comment that points out the thing she’s missing. She’ll change her tune when Ai comes for her.

  3. Ai will end up destroying our lives. Places that have these data centers are paying up to 300% more in the electrical bills and it’s sucking up all the water. The rich aren’t paying the bills, we are. It’s illegal for any state to regulate it for the next 10 years. Remember it tells you what it is programmed to tell you, doesn’t meant that it’s all true. Losing the ability to critically think isn’t a good thing either. If you rely on ai or an app or the internet your brain becomes lazy.

    1. Absolutely 💯, AI is not our friend it’s collecting data to digitally enslave humanity. The humanoid robots are being released into society, this is iRobot, the matrix, and terminator about to go down

  4. Chalene I wanted to share an update from your AI prompt video for macros to lose weight! I’ve successfully lost 30 pounds and have been adjusting my macros based on my milestones and new workout split.

In the beginning, I walked 8k steps a couple days a week because of my low macros and need to preserve my energy for my late night studies. Now I have a 4 day weight training split + 2 days of walking. Thank you so much for your helpful information!! I went from a sedentary WFH with low energy saddie to a cut and toned baddie🔥🔥🔥🫶🫶🫶

  5. This is awesome!! Thank you!! While AI scares me a little, it was fun to see what it said, and compare it to what I’ve been doing. It’s good to check yourself once in a while. Can you give us a prompt for personal trainer, and what workouts would be best for us specifically? I’ve been lifting for over 2 years, and really not putting on any muscle.. I should be the hulk by now!

  6. The nutritionists I have met still think low fat, high carb is the way to go. I am a carnivore and am healthier then these so called experts.

  7. People also need to beware of AI Halucinations and how they make errors, often. You have to becareful for MANY reasons but specifically because they can make errors and it can cause health issues if you do not do your own research to make sure there aren’t counter indications of food combinations and medications.
