  1. I have always had your perimenopause body. Exact shape add cellulite and stretch marks on hips upper thighs that I got at 13yo and I weighed 100 pounds then never more than 130 in my life. 5’5” tall. It’s in my genes I guess since I’m the only thin person in my family I still ended up with “skinny fat syndrome”. All female family members were over 300 pounds! Some 400. I ran 5 miles a day and never got toned. I realize now I needed resistance exercise. You’re beautiful and so am I! I had to learn to love my body. Everyone always said I had the perfect hourglass shape but I saw the flaws. Love your videos!

  4. I’ve been your fan since 2006 when I first discovered your Ab videos. You were one of my only ‘ friends’ if you will, that I looked to, to influence my life. Your personality was supportive, enthusiastic and unstoppable – a true inspiration! Fast forward twenty years, and 4 pregnancies later, with peri and stress etc…I really needed to see this. I had an image in my mind that you’ve never had slumps like this and that maybe I won’t bounce back myself…
