    2. @ the event is in Vegas, but wherever you are you should come! There are going to be women from al around!

    3. @@chalenejohnson I’m in Asheville, NC😃 I have a teen daughter still in school, our direct flights to Vegas are only on weekends so extra travel time, time change, etc. Maybe Miami one day?

  1. Love love, love, Dr. Dre. I use a hair, mask therapy, red light and also one for the face and go to the gym and use the red light therapy booth also 3 to 5 times a week.😊😊

  2. I just bought and have been using the Qure mask for about 2 weeks. I chose that one because it only requires 3 minutes, and they had some great bundle deals. Excited to see the results in the next 2-3 months. If the results are good, I’ll probably “invest’ in others for the hair and/or body.

  3. Chalene isn’t stunning, smart, kind, brilliant and helping others to be careful said by no one ever! This young Lady is special said by everyone ever! The Chalene Show was the name because Gorgeous Smart Lady Talking About Things is too long to name a podcast

  4. I actually watched the Bryan Johnson documentary on Netflix because you told me to! 😂 And I saw him wearing that red light hat for hair loss!! I told my husband about it, and we were hesitant until this fabulous video! (We listened to the podcast first) Thank you Chalene for this amazing info!🎉

  5. The part in my hair kept getting a little wider and thinner around my face. I started out with a hand held brush. I saw results so I got a red light headband. I saw more results so I got a Capulis cap. I’ll never give it up. It’s all filled in. I also have a face mask & the neck mask. There is a new model that I want to get soon. I was a sun worshiper in the 70s but don’t have any visible damage. I want to keep it that way.
(this winter I went to 2 wakes. At both places more than one person told me that I look just the same as I did “back in the day”
I told my husband either I look good now or I looked old “back in the day” LOL)

    1. Hahahaha I’m sure it’s the “you look good now” approach! But I totally get that, I also love the sun but I’m so glad now there are things where we can get the same effect without damaging our skin!

    1. What kind of change?!! I’m a big fat zero change 4 days a week as recommended, so what changes should I be seeing?

    2. Dr. Rajani, Board certified plastic surgeons & skin & health care expert, says to NOT use red light therapy every single day. He’s said to use it every other day, alternating with a micro current device.

    3. @@CherylBerryl I’m using Dr Rajani’s device! I’m soooooo sad cuz I love him soooo much, no changes! What am I supposed to see???

  6. omg! Thank you for addressing this Chalene! Im almost 62 and my hair is thinning in the front and i can see my scalp!! I really need this❤

  7. I stumbled upon RLT in 2023 and used consistently the first couple of months. Recently, I bought a small home device and am now ready to graduate to a blanket. I can tell a difference when used on the reg. Thank you for sharing this intel. I’ve been a Chalene groupie since early 2000s.

  8. Well I didn’t really hear you mention specific products that you recommend (did I miss that?) but I have one that I can honestly tell your audience I’ve seen a surge difference in my 63 year old skin. The VISO mask from Lumara Systems is the real deal. (They also make panels). This mask is the mist powerful one that I’ve seen in the marketplace and as an esthetician, I’ve tested out many. This one – so I had bruises on my face from injections and I used the mask. In 3 days the bruises were GONE. That never happens to me. There are more bulbs in it than any other mask and you only need to use it for 10 min b/c it’s that powerful. (The panel you only use for 5 min but it is a lot more expensive). I like that it’s made in the US. You will be so happy with this one

    1. @@shelbyperrier3583 From what I understand, that Jovs mask is laser light and the VISO is LED light. I did do some research into that mask because it is cool looking and I was curious but from watching various people and doctors review it, it’s really not accomplishing much. I can just say from my own experience using the Lumara Systems mask and panel, I’ve seen a big difference in my skin and I have fine lines and wrinkles and when I use those products consistently, my skin definitely looks smoother.

  9. Can you do the science and experiment on which are the Best red light therapy products to buy and then also which would be the best ones for the price

    1. That’s hard there are soooo many and I have bunches lol, don’t buy the cheap stuff they break poor warranties etc

  10. Hello and thank you for this very interesting video. I would like to share my experience with red light therapy. As I approached my menopause, I was losing my hair and was really desperate. I bought the helmet that combines LEDs and lasers and I have been using it for 14 months now. My hair has grown back and become stronger. I advise everyone to buy it. I do not regret my purchase despite the very high price of the device.

  11. I’m 72. I bought a Qure mask bundle on Black Friday in December it’s been 90 days +- I see firming and fewer fine lines. The company suggested to look for change after 120 days. I am pleased. Best 3 mins a day I spend for my skin. And the micro needle system ROCKS!!! And just so I could tell which was eliciting the change , I have only just 3 days ago started the Microneedle system

  12. Chalene, I found out about Midi from you and contacted them December 2024. Using Estriol and I can already tell a difference. Thank you for sharing that info. I asked Midi about microdosing a GLP-1, and they weren’t doing it yet. Glad to hear they are now, thanks for being on top of it! I’m 63, getting a FL next week, so I purchased the iRestore RLT…doctor said to wait til five days post op to use. Starting hyperbaric chamber the day before surgery and will do for 4 weeks after, maybe longer. Keep doing what you do, love your content! 😊🙌👏

  13. Hahah , the best line : Penelope the perfect perimenopausal pitbull 😂 !

Love the mask – so easy to do !

  14. Thank you. I am going to buy one and not sure which one. You are so helpful 🙂 God Bless you, Chalene.
