    1. Collagen can help a bit, so can estrogen cream, but it’s minor. Typically that area is due to laxity in the skin, which really can only be improved with a facelift, or some tightening cosmetic procedures. There are some lasers that seem promising. And then of course many people do filler in that area, but I’m not a fan of that option. It fills the lines but I think it makes the face look heavy in the front. I see a lot of that here in Miami and it’s not cute.

    2. ​@chalenejohnson I don’t think facelift would be the answer. Yours look more exaggerated. Unfortunately I suppose it’s true that if you get something fixed, it creates a whole other problem

    1. Midi health, hrt, lift heavy, get good sleep, eat high protein whole foods, walk instead of high intensity cardio to lower cortisol.

  1. Just out of curiosity wasn’t there a video where you said you used and liked the glp1. (Or whatever it’s called.) If that’s the case then wouldn’t that be what helped to lose
    the fat?

    1. Nope. I have never used a GLP 1, but I have done quite a few episodes talking about them. I do use berberine which is a natural supplement.
