“A 4.7 A1C is possible by not eating carbohydrates. When you stop throwing wood on the fire, the fire will diminish!”

  2. Dennis I’ve always wondered how your weight has fluctuated over the years or has it remained stable. Thanks for these videos!

  3. Dennis:
What was the count this morning? Just wondering it didn’t go beyond 80. Also no coffee or water, electrolytes drinks in between these meals.

  4. When I meet people who are all of a sudden alerted to diabetes by their doctor, I always recommend getting a glucose meter. And subscribing to this channel. Thank you for everything you do Dennis.

  5. I eat keto bread . There is so many brands out there now and there really good . Walmart has a brand out now called Lewis and has a Hawaiian bread taste it’s really good

  6. Thanks Dennis. How much movement/exercise after you ate? For me (male, mid-80s), movement rather than relaxing after eating is critical to keep my BG spikes low.

  7. I need to start doing carnivore day’s. I have been neglecting my health for about the last year in a half and I really feel like garbage. When I was first diagnosed about 4 years ago with type 2 (A1c 10.3) along with many other health conditions my doctor put me on a handful of meds and I hated it so I worked very hard to get odd the meds. I wound up getting my A1c down to 5.6 and cleared up my other conditions all in about 7 months. My doc took me off all meds and I was so happy. Well I guess I messed myself up again with very poor food choices and having difficulty getting back on track.

  8. labels bum me out, but if I had to label myself, it would be ketovore. I eat 1-2x per day, no snacks. I keep carbs very low, aiming for 10 grams total, with minimal variance. That can be tricky as even low carb vegetables still add up quickly. So yes, I am meat/eggs focused. Then I use on occasion, a little veg for flavor, texture. Not daily. I do feel better without veg/fruit, but I want to be flexible as needed (hormesis). I occasionally use “thinslim” bagels and breads.
We all have to know our own bodies and to have the data to back it up. Our individual needs are very personal, and so it is great that there are those that can find what helps their body.
    Thanks for the info!

  9. To say human beings did not eat anything but vegetables before the flood is not true. The fact that Able brought a sacrifice to God shows we ate meat before the flood. Let’s not make stuff up in scripture. Now nothing wrong with eating vegetables too. But the fact is that vegetables have been modified just like the fallen angels mixed with humans and animals. We are making Abomination vegetables. So most vegetables are unhealthy because of evil elite poisoning our food. Much harder to do meat like that. But our meat is now being injected with poison too. And lab grown meat in any can goods. This is our problem with food sadly. Anyway thank you for the video

  10. Excellent video, Dennis! From now on, I will be doing one carnivore day per week along with my low carb meals throughout the week. My goal is to bring my A1C down to 5 from 5.5.
