What a testimony. I can definitely say keto and carnivore diet has helped me immensely I was down to 5.9 A1C but I backslide now I’m back on it and lost three points in 3 months. This diet I hear even helps type 1 diabetics. Right now it’s working for me is one meal a day 60% fat 40% protein. Practically zero carb
