  1. Dennis, is there a specific brand of dark chocolate chips that you prefer to eat ?Occasionally I like to pour a FEW chips into my hand to eat. Thank you !

  2. Dennis you say quote “that’s sort of true and sort of not true . ” Unquote which one is true. From Johannesburg South Africa 🇿🇦👍💯

  3. Thank you for this chocolate recipe Dennis. I have all ingredients except the nuts on hand…this will be a fun recipe to make with my 4 1/2 year old grandson who is also a chocolate lover. I have silicone dinosaur and candy molds for bite size pieces❤

  4. Looks yummy. Have you ever tried Lily’s dark chocolate bars? What do you think about the antinutrients in cacao and nuts?

  5. I keep hearing that peanuts cause/increase inflammation and so I’ve replaced them with walnuts or sliced almonds whenever I make something that involves chocolate and both are a great alternative. So if you know how to make your own sugar free chocolate desserts and whipped cream, you are golden and life is good again.😅

Benedicta adds the perfect amount of sweetness in your life. She’s the perfect chocolate bomb ☺️! That chocolate drizzle orange cheesecake looks decadent! GREAT recipe!

  7. I eat that Baker’s unsweetened bar without any sweetener. It took a while to get used to it, but I like it now. Only on special occasions. Moreover I went teetotaler on all sweeteners and found that natural sugar in otherwise low carb foods (carrots, blueberries, etc.) really taste much sweetener. I think all this sweeting of stuff makes our taste receptors dull.

  8. Good stuff and one gets use to chocolate in the natural 100% cacao form. There is unsweetened shredded coconut in the bakers section of Walmart also for an after meal treat ingredient.

  9. Afraid I am not all that much on cooking…but I have found a sugar-free (monk fruit sweetened) dark chocolate (92% cacao) which is delicious.. brand name is ChocZero. Raises my blood glucose not at all (according to my CGM).
