  2. Dr. Fung haș changed my life. Eating a HIGH FAT beef diet is working wonders. I eat 300g of beef with 100g of tallow. The fat is VERY filling. My belly fat is melting away. No real hunger. Very easy.

  4. Thanks for all the information and your 100% right ‘ was told I was pre diabetic and had high blood pressure. I followed your advise and results speak for themselves I’m day 41 of 16/8 IF and clean low sugar diet and I’m down 21lbs’ no exercise really just my normal routine’ no hunger issues or cravings for sugary junk food and I don’t feel deprived food wise – will hit my ideal weight of about 160lbs in next 6-8wks 19lbs to lose ‘ BP normal now and no diabetes coming my way! Will start doing some weight training once I hit my target weight to help with maintaining 160lbs – 16/8 fasting is here to stay
