  1. How about elderly women who are still physically viable who need to feel secure with better testing for any anomaly that might befall them? That’s not too frigging much to expect is it?🧐🤔🤞🏻😤 I was to>d by my female interest that I didn’t need certain tests anymore at my my age of 80. Wow!😡

    1. Worth a shot– with whoever you choose, make sure they have a protocol for menopause, this is who I recommend – chalene.com/midi

  2. Word has spread because my HRT has been on backorder at the pharmacy for a few wks now. Luckily I’ve got a little supply.

  3. After 20 yes post menopausal did a male urologist (not my female gynecologist) prescribed estrogen cream. Now I want the patch❤

  4. Iv been told there’s not much I can do for low oestrogen levels 😢 i’m gaining weight feeling sad and truly lost as I’ve always been fit healthy and at a low weight .. also have been told I have high cholesterol which is insane to me as my diet is so full of nutritious food I eat zero processed foods they’re all plant-based whole foods… So tired of the medical industry.. you look fabulous BTW 🥰 love you all the way from Melbourne Australia ❤❤❤❤❤

  5. I’m menopausal, not on HRT. I just can’t help but think, that God, in His infinite wisdom has a specific reason He turns off our hormones at menopause. Am I the only one who thinks about these things?

    1. No, you’re not alone in those thoughts… I do think that myself there’s a reason it shuts off… I don’t understand it and I don’t like it because the weight is very hard to keep off

    2. I also am inclined towards not messing with nature. I’m just not sure, so I never went on any HRT and I’m 57 now. I don’t know if I’ve done the right or wrong thing, but my sense is that I’d be less at ease if I went on an HRT. It just seems to me that every wealthy woman with access to a functional medicine doctor (paying out of pocket) is on HRT. When you have a lot of money you can buy whatever you are seeking. I dunno. The three different female doctors I talked to about this all said it was ill-advised. But I then wonder if they are ill-informed??

    3. @analisathirlwall707. Totally understand the weight gain. I bought myself a walking pad (WAH, RN). So, I aim to walk 8 miles daily, 5 times a week (while working). Plus, I lift weights. Incorporating the walking pad, has seemed to really help. Hope that helps you, also.

    4. @GirlNextDoor1995. Hormone supplementation worries me also. I’m a nurse, worked in Oncology (with an understanding that some breast cancers are driven by Estrogen). That, coupled with my maternal family history (mom and several of her sisters) had breast cancer. I can’t bring myself to entertain the idea.

  6. I got really lucky. My hormones hv been a disaster since my daughter was born 27 years ago go. I finally found a nurse practitioner who listened to me , put me on hrt at 54 years old , now at 56, ive lost 54 pounds, my hair has grown back, my hot flashes and night sweats are gone, my brain fog is gone, my puffy face have gone away, I’m not battling ibs anymore, I’m no5 exhausted, I have energy . I have not felt this good since I was 25 .

    1. We’re not supposed to have menopause symptoms. It’s telling our bodies we are lacking other minerals and vitamin deficiency. Magnesium, vitamin D3 with K2, cod liver oil, black seed oil, zinc, vitamin C and a good pro biotic. saved my life. As well as homeopathy pulsatilla. Keep moving and doing low impact weights keeps us strong.
