  1. I always do this now..always listen to Dr Fung,have IF for a year & lost 70 lbs,now Omad-amazing,eat the protein 1st then carbs or vegetables instead of carbs

  4. Bingo! Also, they do not satisfy. 😢. I recently got behind and hungry and bought lunch. Italian meatball sub and tomatoe soup. I was hungry two hours later. That doesn’t happen when I make my own dinner. 👍

    1. Alcohol is one of the worst things you can put in your body if you want to lose weight. You literally can’t burn any fat until it’s gone. Same with sucralose
