36 lbs. In 6 weeks. Carnivore, IF, walked Twice a day 21 minutes. Muscles increased, and fat dropped off. Size 18 down to 6. Uneven terrain. Walking, not strolling.

My 65 year old dad walks every day between 1 to 2 hours a day since he retired and he had a little belly all his life before that. He melted.

My job requires me to walk a lot and I have lost a lot of muscle tone 😑. I am starting to add ankle weights, maybe?

    • @vanilla.bean05 says:

Are you getting enough protein? Also it’s possible you aren’t eating enough. Women, socialized to “eat like birds” tend to a lot of times under-eat for how active we are.

But I love, love running. I’m not skinny, though.

Loved this video you did. Ive been walking since January. Yes, lve walked over the years, sporadically. In January l set the goal of 7k steps. Have hit it every single day! Recently changed it to 8k. lve often been hitting 10k+ days as well. I complain every time l start my walk lol…but once lm out there, l almost dont want to stop sometimes! Ive been walking further and further ❤🚶🏻‍♀️

Super inaccurate. Marathon running burns muscle cos ur body wants to be as light as possible to move easily over distance without needin to refuel all tje time. If u want to burn fat, grow muscle cos it burns energy just to maintain, and do high intensity conditioning cardio. Short bursts of intense cardio. Makes muscle while increasing cardio health amd burning waaaaay more cals than walking all day. Bullshit post

  • @pipsqueek89 says:

he must be talking about long distance runners
sprinters have quite a bit of muscle

I was Walking 14000 steps a day, and don’t burn much calories.
These advices doesn’t work for me. I wasted half year with my perimenopausal problems.
I always been athletic. Last years something change with my body, and I decided to change my workout routine and diet.
    It was big mistake.

I went back to cardio (cycling), but moderate intensity ( more intuitive than before and in accordance with the cycle) and exact weighting protein and carb resources, calorie counting. Less weight lifting – 3instead 5 and I see changes.
Not everyone can intuitive eating, lifts and walk to good results.

I walk minimum 15500 steps a day since i have a treadmill at home, twice a week i get 20-25 thousand, but on hardcore leg glute days i may do just 12-13 or SIIT days i do low steps. I swich up levels from 3-10 depending on honinfeel and wear my 18 year old weighted cest around my waist. I bought training for spartan back in 2011 in my early 30’s and people always looked at me weird at the gym lol and now its a fad. I also had a vibration plate since 2008 and people also laughed at me but bow they are in gyms 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 I use mine to relax since itd bot as strong as the gyms, and the fym one is super strong so i do squats and workouts there.
