  1. @Chalene can you put a link of the bands that you use, those wide fabric ones, cuz I’ve been looking for ones and I really like using what is recommended by you plus if I know you’re using it then I know it’s the good s***!. I actually am addicted to the peluva shoes because of you and I have four pairs LMAO

    1. They are Arena Strength bands. I have the same ones. And they have lots of other equipment to use with the bands as well as many other lengths!
