Thank you Dr.Fung good information thank you
This guy knows exactly what he is doing.
Yep, spouting contradictory bs
Dr. Fung I love you, but my problem isn’t that I’m hungry, it’s that I love eating. Even if I’m not hungry I’ll still eat.
Maybe explore Overeaters Anonymous. There are self assessment questions at their website.
You’re bored, try dry fasting
@nourhanebn69nah I’m not bored. I’m very busy and like to enjoy myself a bit with the small amount of free time I have each day. How would dry fasting help?
@nourhanebn69horrible advice
@DarthArtoo4 try the sardine fast: boring food for a few days to déconnect eating and having pleasure
Great short video. Thanks
I used water i get hungry it drink a glass of water
😂😂😂😂
Very true I’m constantly hungry 🤦♀️
The reason you love eating is the same reason that people like crack, cocaine, and I think heroine.
The carbs activate dopamine, a brain pleasure chemical, and we have all been brainwashed partly by advertising to like that.
We have to break free of that Addiction, and we all have it.
Sugar is more addicting than cocaine.
I find that cacao powder with monk fruit in hot water, it makes a sweet, chocolate tea, crushes cravings, crushes hunger, massive relief.
Over time, I am eating happily 80% Less food, good luck pal.
@modilevi6053 I find unpasturized apple cider vinegar every morning in a glass of water curbs my hunger and cravings, it may work for you.
I would love to check out your new book but it doesn’t come out for another few months 😢

Impatiently waiting for the release date.
Dr.fung, I am currently doing omad and eating about 400~500calories in one meal(200g of lean chicken+some vegetables+2 boiled eggs+protein shake) is it okay to burn fat?? Will my basic metabolic rate go down?? I learned that it doesn’t, but I’m not sure…

Thank you sir
Its not hunger, it is dopamine addiction, the brain wants you to eat because the sugar food activates the dopamin.
Well said! 👍
Where can I order your book doctor?
Quit Fructose to control hunger. Eat less fruit and all sweet stuff.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
So it’s a Hunger Game.
You forgot about some us who have no hunger cues due to the gift that is covid. Some of us with anosmia who lost their smell and ability to taste permanently after getting covid are not triggered by smells that trigger hunger cues. Please research this little considered issue. I’ve lost 50lbs from IF but not because I could control my hunger it was my inability to enjoy food that finally did it. But that doesn’t explain my inability to lose more. It is calories in, dopamine, menopause hormones and genetics that keeps many from losing weight- even those of us who experience no hunger because we can’t smell anything to trigger it or taste food enough to bother eating it.
What if you eat for emotional reasons even if you’re not hungry?
