  2. I would LOVE to see your ab routine! It is so hard to get back in the habit of lifting but once you do, you realize how much you missed those sore muscles.

    1. The beauty of abs is most exercises challenge the core and will benefit abs. Core strength 💪 is the goal.😊

    3. I too would like to see your Ab routine. BTW, I watched your Castor Oil video & thought to myself, “yea, right! As if” bcuz I don’t use any kind of moisturizer on my face or hands, or body. To me it feels like dust & dirt will stick to it. That’s my Autism. I have Aspergers. Bit then the other night I was thinking about it. And I thought maybe it can do something for Rosacea. Plus I do need a moisturizer. So I bought it & am using it. I’ll tell you in a month of it worked for Rosacea.

God Bless you in Jesus Name Amen 🙏

I highly recommend Beekman for your skin care.

  3. Every 5 years since I turned 55 I hired a personal trainer to train with at the gym as a birthday gift to myself. They are not cheap. I learned a little bit with each one and I appreciate the tips that you have given.

My last trainer was a young military veteran and was working at the gym. He was great but ruthless. While I was working out, he stopped to help a couple of older ladies. One was in her 90s and he challenged her to lift weights that I commented were way too heavy for her. He said that’s all right. That’s alright. She needs a challenge.

I think it’s important to start with reasonable weights and work up. I have watched trainers start women out on weights that are way out of their ability. Then they are too sore and don’t want to continue. My first goal was just to tone up. Then to muscle up. I learned to tell them that I wanted a lesser weight. And then I sleep with a hot pad for the sore areas because I take no drugs for the pain…

Now my husband will actually join me and it’s so enjoyable! Great time to talk and really connect without other distractions! I now even have him doing strength workouts with me after our walks as well! Woo hoo! Thank you! 💕
