  1. Thanks for uploading this and being transparent. From what I’ve seen, a lot of the questioning feels like nitpicking minor details instead of focusing on the core issues of the case. I appreciate you making the full deposition available.

  2. I hope he turns around and sues them into the Stone Age. I learned that phrase from Mr. Wonderful. I’ve learned a lot from both of them.

  3. Maybe we’re just a little slow here in Oklahoma, but every time she asks him a question, he answers her directly. Then she says that he didn’t respond

    1. Well you’re slow. He responds with a bunch of gibberish that has nothing to do with her question.

    2. Responding to a question, and answering the question are 2 different things. So yeah, you’re just slow.

    3. @bojan1999 Imagine like your own comment that no one wanted to like but yourself what a bum 😂

    1. You don’t need this because your not looking to own 10-50 units in which you will need a LLC and a professional management team…Now when you open this to the public there’s documents that must be taken care of with lawyers…
After being a PUBLIC real estate fund who has an audience of equity investors….THEY WILL ALWAYS AUDIT YOU EVERY DAY IF THEY COULD BUT ITS MOSTLY QUARTER/ANNUALLY

  4. “Mr. Cardone, what is a legend?”
“Some people call me a legend :)”

    Friggn gold! lol

  5. I always suspected Grant was just another internet real estate scam guy but I’ve watched a few hours of the deposition and I gained much respect. And want to invest lol.

  6. Projected vs promised is the whole case, sponsors blur that line in marketing and it almost always comes back up in court or in redemptions.
