The granola looked better than the cocoa puffs and probably had better nutrition.
Now eat the same meal but do 10 squats every 20 minutes after the meal, test your blood sugar as usual.
I dare you… I double dare you.
I triple dare you.
And yet professionals like Doctors and Corporate Marketers will disbelieve you and poo-poo your CONCRETE results and try to discredit your findings. Can’t argue with a glucose meter though, lol.
Cereals, breads, potatoes, sweets, juices, rices – Just stay away from these and life will be better…
I love it! “You can’t argue with a glucose meter.”
Thank you once again for the TRUTH Dennis. Wish doctors and dietitians would speak the truth about food, especially when they have patients who have reversed their diabetes. Like your shirt.
Great video as usual
Thanks!

High carb meals are a problem
with people who have tendencies towards diabetes. The glucose meter is not bias. It is simply a truthsayer! The body of a diabetic can not tell the difference between oatmeal or chocolate cake. “He who sees the evil coming will be safe!”
