AVOID these 8 supplements!
I thought I was doing everything right. Turns out some of my daily supplements were literally working against me. All 8 surprised me…
🚫 Biotin: it can completely throw off your lab results. Like, send-you-home-from-the-ER wrong.
🚫 Iron: if you're in the after party… you're probably not even deficient anymore.
🚫 Calcium: taking it alone is not enough. You need to complement it with other supplements for it to actually work.
🚫 DHEA: careful with this one unless you like chin hair, cystic acne, and hair loss…
🚫 Energy drinks: spiking your cortisol when it's already through the roof is not the move.
🚫 Creatine gummies: severely underdosed and loaded with fillers. You're basically paying for candy.
🚫 Protein powder: not as clean or as filling as you think. And it might be why you're still bloated.
🚫 Vitamin E: too much and you're bruising like your grandma. Not cute.

I just started on a powder that has everything in it, it’s called momentum. I buy it at Ulta it’s protein and so much more but I feel awesome during the day after drinking it. I have more energy and I feel more balanced. Leveled.
I learned about too much B6 the hard way too.

What does biotin do that is bad?
It’s very good and effective. Just don’t take it two days before getting your labs done because they say you can get wrong thyroid results.
Too much protein exacerbates my chronic fatigue and constipation. I need to take a more complete vitamin for my age range to improve my wellbeing.
