Madesa had that stomach surgery. She’s not the first one that has died from that stomach band. It should be banned.

Yes! Obesity is a complication of hyperinsulinemia.

Did intermittent fasting from July 2023-July 2024. I lost 16 lbs. in about six months. Then I plateaued and started toning and exercising more. I was dehydrated so I drank more water. I have gained back 14 lbs. I am starting again and will do it for six months and take a break. Hopefully it will stay off that way.

Dr. Joseph Craft has passed. Ivor Cummins mentioned it in one of his videos. He had an interview or two with him.

KETO for 1 year now. Last July my A1c was 10.4, January it dropped to 5.0 and earlier this week it was 5.1 and down 90lbs, WOOHOO! BMI down to 26.1

  • @joseguzman34 says:

That 5 to 10 pound is interesting cause I have noticed that too. I believe it has to be with the fat limit. Once you reach your limit it start to spill in the blood and organs. If you loose few pounds and make some room again some of the symptoms go away.

I’m at 1 1/2 years and holding my A1C at 6. I see the 5’s off and on but still learning. Love your videos. Enjoy the recipes your wife & you share. Getting away from A1C 14 to 6 is such an accomplishment. I still use Mike the Meter and watch your videos. God Bless you both for the help.
