Basic Mug Cake Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 super-heaping tablespoons almond flour
• 2 super-heaping tablespoons coconut flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted), or olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
• 1 packet of Stevia
• 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, fake vanilla extract, or orange extract
Mix in a bowl, (mix wet ingredients first, then mix in the dry ingredients), then transfer the mixture into a large mug sprayed with cooking oil (olive oil preferably) or greased with butter. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.
