Real connections is the hack, but it’s ultimately treating people like people and showing genuine interest to people that have already shown genuine interest in you.
Yeah for sure – the key were being genuine, you’re not always going to make a best friend with every reply, but I actually caring about what people say every once in a while goes a very long way in this world right now.

Hey! As you’ll hear a lot of people say congratulations, you’re big enough to have a troll now, but sometimes it can be hurtful as it once was for me. I’ve grown a thick skin since then, but keep up the great work and for everyone troll, especially if you’re providing value, there are hundreds more people appreciating your work that won’t say anything.
