Love your videos, Dr. Fung! I have been intermittent fasting for the past 4 years since I started watching your videos and reading your books. I have lost 50 lbs, I am longer pre-diabetes, my cholesterol is down, my BMI is within a normal range, my blood pressure is within a heathy range, I am sleeping better, and I am off all blood pressure medication all while post-menopausal. I could not be more grateful!!

Would be great if you could also do a video on diabetics who are TOFI (Thin on the Outside Fat on the Inside). There are testimonials here and in your other videos, but most of them are people who are losing 40, 50, 60 and more pounds of bodyweight. But the TOFI types don’t carry that much to start off with.
