Chaffles Recipe:
Stir 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp baking powder
Add in 1 1/4 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Stir thoroughly
Cook in mini-waffle maker for 4-5 minutes
(You can add several tablespoons of almond flour, with an equal amount of heavy whipping cream, to make more chaffles and improve the taste)
Love mustard

I’m not diabetic but just stating that I like mustard and the couple I have on hand have none.
Im still learning, but I’m shocked at which foods contain sugar. Smoked sausage has sugar, even mustard has sugar in it.
I think a tablespoon of real mayo would work and taste good with the tomato. Salsa or mustard is probably the best option if watching calories though.
Could you share your macro’s (protein, fat, carbs) percentage please, or provide us a link to this info.
