  1. Barenaked Rice / Noodles in the UK are good, the least rubbery ones that I have tasted. You need to fry them in Coconut Oil or Clarified Butter for a little while to dry them out and then add ground beef w/ sauce and they taste good.

  2. I have eaten the heart of palm “spaghetti noodles” and they are “okay” as a side, but my main issue is that I like elbow, bow tie, shell, and penne type noodles so they just don’t satisfy my craving for pasta.

  3. Have you tried and tested the Hero pastas? The Hero bread tastes OK but I haven’t tested it yet. I think the Elevate Flour from Baker Baking Company may be good but it’s expensive so I hate to buy it; make something with it; then taste it only to find out it spikes glucose.

  4. Guess one needs to start small and get people that are used to Carbs. and lack experience, on the road to lower Carb choices. Gradually drawing people in. For me at least, greatest success came from just removing any reference to carbs period, opposed to still trying to remain positive toward them.

  5. I love Benedicta! Her face can’t lie and tells it all 😂 I agree with her face – all those noodles are terrible !!! God bless both of you.

  6. I find konjac OK, but mostly I don’t bother, just a very few vegetables are enough for me. I have been eating low carb about 9 years. When I began I ate lots of konjak. Here in the UK konjak is expensive.

  7. I roll up and slice the Egglife wraps into ribbons. They are a little dry, but that’s just an excuse to use more meat sauce. They are also fantastic as lasagna noodles.

  8. Got in a wheelchair two years ago and realized I had to really work on my diet or things would go very badly for me so I went on keto and I’ve only had a piece of bread two times in the last year since last May so now I started reading labels and I found out that I used to love the Asian soups and their little noodle package included is ridiculously high in carbs like say 40 g and up sometimes up to 100 g I couldn’t believe it and then I love the flavor of the Asian soup so I’ve been looking for new noodles to exchange into these soup so I could still enjoy the soup package without eating the noodles I hope I’m on the right track but I appreciate your videos I’m not a diabetic but I can see where people would easily become diabetic if they get in a wheelchair because you don’t work your muscles the same way anymore I appreciate you guys You’re the sweetest couple in the world and I enjoy watching you both and the way you interact is so touching and cute thank you for everything❤❤❤❤

  9. Livivia now has a dry pasta with27 g protein, 8 net carbs and 2 g of fiber that is quite good but it is expensive. Carbe Diem is quite good but total carbs is 40 with 24 g of fiber so 16 g of net carbs. I haven’t tried mixing them with Konjac to “stretch” them and still get some pasta flavor and texture but reduce the carbs more.
