I am not a good diabetic which makes no sense to any one but videos help me realize it’s possible to manage and do better. I have been a diabetic since 1994 and have not taken it seriously but videos have provided more insight for me and thank you

    Have cut way down on carbs and eating less sugar. Added 5 min arm exercises, 5 of leg exercises, 3 of stomach crunches with an exercise ball, and 3 on gazelle glider daily. Did this over a month’s time. Have lost a few lbs. and am going to continue. Thanks for the info.

    I was trying 20 to 30 carbs a day but now moved up to about 60 or 70 net 35 or so. I do a bit better with more fiber and a bit of carbs.
