Greetings from Ethiopia. That was very awakening. Thank you, Dennis.
“The restoration of HOPE”…Extremely well said, Dr. Hampton!
Good to have a doctor present thank you
You have to add so much butter and season to make the calaflower taste good.
Cauliflower is so fabulous, it makes a great low carb soup too.
Add in a little low fat cream cheese and garlic powder.
Dennis is the food that we eat processing food.
If your neighborhood is that bad with crime use commonsense and move then. Don’t make that excuse on why not to exercise. 💯
Most of the people living there cannot afford to move.
@@johnsyler8580 I don’t believe that. If you have the will and desire to move. It can happen. I was born and raised in Washington D.C. As a kid I grew up in the 80’s and 90’s when the crack epidemic was at its peak. Gang infested. Murders. The whole nine yards, but as I grew older I had made up mind not to become another statistic of the hood. Decades later I have a good job, a nice house, a couple of cars and happily married. So no excuses.
Easier said than done.
At last a doctor who doesn’t prescribe medication.
Good Morning Dennis & All ~
Thanks for this interview Dennis, haven’t heard of Dr Tony before. We need more doctors like him.
Good conversation. I do feel obliged to comment that A1c alone is an insufficient metric to diagnose diabetes.
So glad you brought up racism. Racism is definitely a real stressor of life.
