  • @3shortstack says:

The video I’ve been waiting for😭😭🫶🏼

  • @sarahrettell88 says:

Been waiting for your next video 💎 Thank you

  • @sarahrettell88 says:

Do you still have your memory box you posted a video on years years ago??

    • @AmyTV says:

Are you talking about the commonplace book video? I integrated those notecards in this this system so they are more accessible digitally.

    • @sarahrettell88 says:

@@AmyTV quite possibly.. it had note cards with quotes or saying from books you read etc. I could see switching to digitally would be very accessible

  • @tjones3819 says:

Thank you! This was so helpful!

  • @tayfunisk6400 says:

    Hello

  • @glennarichards2933 says:

    Just started using Notion

  • @coachingbybia says:

Really helpful video. I am actually very familiar with the books and the combined process you are demonstrating in this video. One thing I would mention is that you can do all of it in Notion without having to jump to three different apps. 🙂 However, I know everyone has their own way of doing things, I just prefer centralizing everything in one place and Notion is that place for me. I just got a really nice template I’m using for all of what you mentioned in this video. I’m just reevaluating if and how my 12 Week Year Notion template (the same one you have) can be incorporated within each project in my OS Notion template I bought recently… Anyhow, cool video! Thanks for tirelessly sharing helpful productivity tips over the past few years I’ve been following your channel! 🙂

    • @AmyTV says:

Totally agree. I just have such a good habit with gcal that’s years old, I wouldn’t want to switch at this point. And I’m enjoy the experience of TickTick as well. You’re right though. Notion continues to improve experience by catering to all these steps.

  • @oikeesti says:

Great video! I’m curious to know when did you do those kind of project (birthday) tasks? How do you remember you have these tasks? Do you check them out every day? Etc.

    • @AmyTV says:

Great question. I do the weekly review every Friday and the tasks that are top of the list in my project action items go on my weekly task list. This is why I recommend watching that video too because that’s a critical step to making this sustainable.

  • @GenaMarie says:

Just read The PARA Method that I found from your book recs! Loved it

  • @shearrermadness says:

    Great video!!

  • @yestoplans says:

This is great! I’d love to see a project planning video for sure.

  • @dlnewman70 says:

What advantage do you see with moving To-Do items to TickTick? Seems to me like you could possibly set up Notion and manage all the todo’s there. I generally manage my ToDo list in Notion, but seems like moving over items to TickTick is an unnecessary and extra step? What is your view point on this? Thanks in advance for your time and ideas.

  • @inspired_life2626 says:

Well done, Amy. NEEDED this video! 🩷👍🏻
I’m definitely interested in exploring the ideas presented in your video. A question I have is: How do you suggest managing projects/areas for teams that have positions with varying degrees of sensitivity?

  • @naairahlucas8543 says:

    I trust anything you say.

  • @julie61805 says:

THANK YOU for this video. I feel like my life is in shambles (it’s not), but I can see this working for me to help me build a better back up brain. Going to watch again at least a few times. 🎉

  • @thesuperjill says:

Excited to do this. Thank you!

  • @leeannaadkinsonline says:

Totally worth watching, not once, but over and over until I have it down pat. Just like them all in this series. You’re my fave online expert to follow, by far! Btw, congrats on baby #2! From one of your truest 1000 fans! 😉

  • @JeanetHenning says:

Absolutely wonderful video. Thank you so much for all the info.

Side note: Maybe check out OBS for screen recording purposes so you don’t have to deal with the screen glare 😊
