What kind of bone broth ?
Arrow
Aeira
Hello Dr. Any vegetarian options instead of bonebroth.plz
Vegetarians have veg soup options like boil diff variety of veggies, finally add sea salt, rich ghee tadka. For some reason I could not follow it as it stimulate hunger in my case, though I was bought up vegetarian since 44 days, I tried chicken bone broth, just mix with warm water , drink quickly. That worked in stopping my hunger bcoz of animal protein. This is a forced habit, took a break after few trails, because I was not used to it. Some use animal protein supplements along side clear veg soup. Adjusting the taste for satiety is a key 😊
Miso soup is great
@VSS1I’m vegan and I drink mushroom broth.
Hi, how many times a day are you doing this? Also can we add collagen without it negative affecting the fast?
Bone broth is full of collagen
Walking your talk ❤
Thank you! Like the idea of bone broth with veggies. 😊
This is so helpful. Thank you!
Thank you!
What happens if your blood sugar dips and you feel hypoglycemia about to happen?
Never tried Bone Broth. Need to do it. Will make my own.
It’s very soothing.
How is it a fast if you are eating food? Confused
I’ve read that he says that if they and the broth are under 50 calories, it doesn’t have an effect on insulin
It is mimicking fast, for long fast make it more easy, he in previous videos explained the benefits of it, and the results of pain relief and inflammation
You’re the best <3
Dr Fung, won’t this break the fast?
Not as long as it’s under 50 calories
What is the name of this bone broth?
Thank You.
I like that idea thank you ❤
Thank you. Dr Jason Fung ❤
We make our own bone broth but I find it’s hard to stomach. I’m going to try adding some miso to see if that helps. Happy fasting!
Excellent, helpful suggestions! ❤❤❤ you’re the best!
