How we stay on track

 

We try not to change our lifestyle so much when we are on vacation so here are some of the things we do to stay on track. I also feel like doing this makes it easier when it's time to come back, so you don't feel like you have to start from scratch every time.

  1. So when I’m on vacation, I eat whatever the heck I want. In Italy, did I eat 2 dessert. You bet! In Barcelona, did I eat dinner at 10pm . I sure did. But I’m not a glutinous person anyway. I swam in the ocean, I walked 30k steps one day mostly uphill. It doesn’t matter where I am though. I enjoy myself and once I get back home I get back into my routine.

    1. Yes the food 👌… We went to Spain for 3 wks in April and no blooting. I felt the food being healthier there.

  2. I stay on track 100% when at home and the threshold of the airport is my starting and stopping point to indulge
