  2. Fasting for 20-23 hours daily. My husband and I are finally at our desired normal bmi & training for NYC marathon in November.

    Over past year he lost 35 lbs & I lost 25. We were borderline overweight, high cholesterol.

    Now, we’re plant based, fasting & running. Best shape ever 🎉

  3. I love Dr. Feng and I have lost 40 pounds with the help of his advice. But this is only somewhat true when you work out walking. Whatever you’re going to get hungry, I advise from experience to do easy workouts. Exercising makes you hungry. So do easy workouts, right before you eat.
