  1. I have a question, why do strawberry jam that contains low amounts of bambo or say. Natural sugar increase blood sugar? Im just so confused because my dad tried it and his blood sugar didn’t increase.. it got LOWER. Im just so confused, btw my dad is not diabetic. Iam

  3. Victoria has different variation of her flour on her site.I do not use the one with einkorn.I use the almond version.
    .

  4. I’m with you, I’ve tried different things to bake with it and the only bread that I was pleased with was making zucchini bread. I still have flour mixture left.

  5. You need to use the exact recipe for it to come out right and adding the egg and cream is what made it mushy

  6. Respectfully…you didn’t follow her recipe exactly. She worked really hard to get the ingredients to work together properly. Just my opinion!

    1. I agree. Victoria has worked hard to perfect her flour & if we alter her recipe, it doesn’t work. She’s very honest about that. Following her flour recipe exactly makes wonderful baked goodies ❤️’

  7. I have tried her flour mixture, and I agree with you, Dennis. Plus, the ingredients are expensive, in my opinion.

  8. breakfast seems to be the meal that’s the most important to be low carb or no carb preferably.
