My goal this year is to master pull ups!

 

Level 57 – I set a goal to master 10 chin-ups and the splits this year. Getting this pull up bar (no screws needed) has helped immensely to be consistent. Now I have to find a better way to be more consistent in my flexibility practice. What level are you and what physical goal can you set for yourself this year?

  2. I am 77 and used to be so physically fit so proud of you please continue take care of yourself I ripped out my shoulder and it’s been replaced with metal so I can’t do much of anything anymore but so proud of you keep it up God bless❤

    1. Me envy! Big time! 😉 I’m level 46 and I can do one nice pull-up. When my husband lifts me :)))
