  1. I make keto pancakes. I make them and freeze and heat in microwave. They’re made from almond flour, cottage cheese, eggs and baking powder. Very good, high protein.
    Coffee? No. Never have drank that and I’m 69. I’m a green tea drinker instead.

Resting my pancreas and liver from working overtime (and losing a ton of weight) have been the biggest gamechangers for me. My numbers have become so boringly normal it really has been amazing. Now sitting at 5.1 A1C!
