The soul has left the body
Where am I supposed to live? Under a rock? Rent and pay more to some landlord? Common Grant, what are you saying!? Reality is, if you don’t plan to live in one place for at least 5 years yea buying and selling quickly is bad. BUT! If you don’t plan to move in next 5 years buy a house. Why saying statements it’s yes or no? Nothing is one sided, there are many variables Grant. Common, stop messing up simple minded people.
In front of the camera [public], he says don’t by houses. Behind the camera [private] he’s buying houses [a lot of them annually]. Total lying azz hypocrite!!. 🤔🤔
Didn’t his house in Malibu burn in the fires?
F Family
Buying a house to rent it out is where the money is/ buying it with capital or loans from business where it’s not tied to you
Most people don’t want to move or be under the thumb of a landlord
Grant has options most people do not.
Grant wants to be that landlord for life.
Unless you bought a house in the 90s for 70 grand which is now worth 600
You mean the 70’s.
Bro sells rental units and is promoting them 😂😂 guys buy a house dont listen to this crap.
∙XAI23H and ETH together? Bro, unstoppable duo right there. 15x is just the warm-up 🚀
∙XAI23H and ADA are my top picks. Selling? Nah, this is a one-way trip to the moon 🔥
AVAX and ∙XAI23H killing it for me. Thanks for the heads-up. Up $30k and holding tight 🚀
Uncle G is trying to get renters. He made his money first on his personal residence
He is right and wrong at the same time. Depends what everyone wants. If you want stability, be an employee for your entire life, then buying a house is good. If you want to be an entrepreneur, businessman, or whatever, then that house will slow you down. If you want to grow, that house will keep you stuck
If you have a family you not trying to be on the move all the time
