It’s a shortage of pay, not people.
the problem with the world today is that Capitalist dont want to pay people the wages they deserve and then complain about people not wanting to work for them. Here is a wild tip, if you pay someone enough that they can live with dignity they will be more willing to stay working for you also we are ALL human i think the rich forget that they are no better than anyone else for having more wealth than another person.

And like all throughout history it creates 2 classes rich and poor which we are now seeing but they want to blame one thing and want you to support the other because that’s what they want
It’s mainly due to employers not being willing to pay those with fantastic skills enough money. They only want to pay $13 per hour. The next major issue is that people just can’t pass a drug screen and/or background check. It’s pathetic that so many Americans are abusing drugs or have not kept their lives on the straight and narrow and have committed crimes that will forever affect their being able to get a good job. The next thing is employers not being willing to give raises to employees that deserve them. It creates a very bad atmosphere and then the employee will no longer put out as much effort during the day.
