  1. Good tips Chalene. I just wanted to add that if you’re going to use headphones or AirPods it would be best to be in a park on a bike path where cars aren’t an issue. Having said that, I’ve almost gotten hit by a bike and also another time by a kid on an electric scooter while on the bike path. To remedy this, I downloaded a metronome app, I select my pace (BPM) and play it on my iPhone which is in my belt pack-no air pods. That way I keep my pace and can hear what’s going on around me. Not as much fun as music, but does the job. Thanks for all of your excellent videos.

  2. I still use in rotation with other workouts my 20 year old tried & true Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds with weighted hand balls dvd’s 🙌🤣. I increase the weights depending how I feel & a weighted vest if I want more of a challenge. The basic moves help especially if I’ve done a strenuous workout a day or 2 prior that made my muscles sore. Also great when I’m not in the mood to walk outside. Love your tips! 💛

  3. Just walking for a month has been a game changer! I can’t believe the improvement just by walking! Thank you!

  4. I’ll have to try these tips, because I’m walking between 10.000 and 15.000 steps per day and no change.
