I’m diabetic. At night after meal 2 and 1/2hr later I’ve 143 then morning wake up I check 227 why spike and what’s the solution. Thanks

    • @kinpatu says:

Sounds like dawn effect, but I don’t know the solution.

    • @mdzananovic says:

Depend of your sugar level before meal, 227 in the morning is high, actually too high. If you pump gas in your car you check gage and find out, if you need it before you do, yes it’s a way, how I understand meaning of measure blood sugar level. So don’t eat until your level falling under 100, and eat some without sugar and carbs, I do carnivore, and eat ones daily, move all time, do something don’t sit all time, whatever, or exercise, Yes, pretty soon you diabetes will be under your control. It was solution for me, and last 2 years, I’m no more diabetic and don’t use any medication, I believe it’s just a way for anybody, and after achieve good numbers everybody find own differences, so will you, good luck.

Don’t forget to add 15 – 20 mg/dL to your glucometer readings as correction ratio

This past lent season, I had decided to reduce time on social media. After 2 weeks, I wasn’t succeeding. I then fasted Wednesday and Fridays. Which I continue to do for an additional 2 weeks. I’ve noticed my glucose in the 80”s on those mornings…my usual Am reading was 90-113. I’m tempted to continue. Blessings to all here❤
