Wow! Doctors, food industry and Big pharma make money only if they don’t talk about diet. If diet fixes their problem then all three end up losing and only the patient is the winner! Another great video highlighting Dr. Casey and her book Good Energy.
The main point I get from the Casey’s is to stay away from highly processed food. It’s good advice no matter what diet you follow.
Doctors want a single solution they can give to patients. That’s why they resort to medications- it is easier for them- and maybe a legal issue they were advised on.
I am metabollically healthy but suffering really bad osteo arth. In both knees. Cannot sleep.
I would suggest you follow a carb free diet. It works.
I have been keto for more than a decade. Morning blood sugar nearing 120. But lately my hip is very sore. Im trying a few months of carnivore. Im three weeks in and it seems to working for pain and mood.
