  3. Good afternoon Mr Dennis thank you for sharing this information from Johannesburg South Africa 🇿🇦👍💯

  4. My motivational factor is ever decision I make will affect my life and health. I DO NOT want to repeat my old way of life.

  5. I think for me going low carb in the way I learned on this channel and then losing close to 190 pounds ( have a little more to go before I hit my goal weight) has been the biggest game changer. I’ve tested a few foods over Thanksgiving and I can say without a doubt my insulin sensitivity is leaps and bounds better then when I started this journey almost two years ago.

  6. I reversed my prediabetes down to 5.2 A1C by mainly losing weight (30 pounds). I cut way down on sugar and eat whatever I want in smaller portions. My cholesterol, triglycerides and BP also went down to normal. I get labs done every 3 months.

  7. The truth is somewhere in between… I am grateful for the LCHF diet but I am also grateful for the medications my doctor prescribed. I have tried one without the other, both ways but apparently it doesn’t work for me. Now I am satisfied, my morning blood sugar level does not exceed 120 mg/dl. Often my blood sugar level in the evening is below 100 mg/dl. My goal is to keep my blood sugar below 130 mg/dl at any time.
