If you admit not knowing how the litigation process works and are not a lawyer, you are going to get spanked with the smurky arrogant self serving remarks at trial. You are getting sued in a class action suit– ignore or dismiss it thru your child like behaviour is not going to work. They are going to clean your clock and mop the floor with your cheap act. This will get you clicks but could also get you jail time!
hilariously enough in his deposition he bragged about “going to college for this” and he’s “more prepared than you are” talking to the lawyers, and bragged about how many hours he spent reviewing the case and documents… and in his next breath he said “i dont know your terminology” when they asked if he read the briefing, the motion, the amendment… such a joke. he looked like a typical guilty criminal in a hearing, unable to answer questions he was given beforehand to prepare to, despite the fact that he bragged about spending 60 or 70 hours preparing!
