  1. I wish I could post a photo of the systems-tracker I made for the first quarter of 2026. My goals are set as affirmations, “I am healthy. I am wealthy. I am happy.” And they are sub-categorized with Amy’s 3 cornerstones- movement, mindfulness, and mastery. And my actions for each goal work towards fitness, finance, and a fulfilling life.

Sometimes when I’m listening to this in the background, my bf comes by and jokes that he’s listening to me speak because of the mindset similarities. Thanks so much Amy, for all your inspo!! 💫

  2. Voy a incorporar los 90 minutos de maestría éste 2026. Además de lo que ya hago cuerpo – mente y espíritu ( re importante también, sea oración, meditación, cada uno lo que sienta, reflexión, escribir)

  3. This is a great video. I watch intermittently, and remember what you were like several years ago. You’ve really evolved and learned a lot. I’m grateful that you’re sharing it with us.

  4. The biggest shift for me happened when I stopped looking for the universe to confirm anything and started confirming it to myself first. That simple switch changed everything. Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade goes pretty deep into why internal certainty matters more than external signs.

  5. I used to interpret resistance as a sign that something wasn’t meant for me. Now I see resistance as a sign I’m bumping into an old belief. Completely different perspective. Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade talks about this in a really grounded, practical way.

  6. I used to think I needed to visualize more, affirm more, “do more.” But what shifted things for me was realizing that I was still acting like someone who didn’t believe they were allowed to want what they wanted. That was the real block. Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade helped me understand that inner permission piece.

  7. What I love about manifestation now is that it’s not about being positive all the time — it’s about noticing the parts of me that still argue for my limitations. Once I caught those patterns, things opened up. If anyone wants a deeper perspective on that inner work, Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade explains it honestly and without fluff.

  8. What helped me the most this year was noticing how often I waited for “proof” before believing something could shift. That waiting kept everything stuck. Once I stopped needing evidence first, things moved quickly. A lot of what I learned lined up with what’s written in Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade.

  9. Something I noticed after years of trying: manifestation isn’t about forcing a new reality, it’s about letting go of the part of you that argues against it. That argument is usually unconscious. Reading Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade made me very aware of those hidden objections.

  10. A thing no one talks about: manifestation gets easier when you stop treating your desires like something fragile. Once I dropped the fear of “messing it up,” I actually relaxed into them. If anyone resonates with that, Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade touches on this mindset really well.

  11. I had this moment last month where I realized I didn’t actually trust myself with the things I said I wanted. That hit hard. After that, manifestation became less about “getting” and more about becoming someone who doesn’t sabotage their own desires. Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade described this transition perfectly.

  12. One of the craziest things for me was understanding that life wasn’t withholding anything — I was. The moment I stopped negotiating with myself about whether I deserved something, small changes started snowballing. A lot of what I observed matches what’s described in Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade.

  13. I realized recently that my biggest block wasn’t the universe… it was how uncomfortable I felt actually receiving what I asked for. Funny how you can want something and reject it at the same time. When I read Shadow Laws of Manifestation by Taren Kade, it explained that internal conflict in a way that finally made sense.
