I became successful because of 3 things:
1. deleted tik tok and instagram
2. l read the book My Discipline by Keezano
3. I quit job that l hated..

My biggest struggle is trying to reset my circadian rhythm. I have wanted to get up at 5 for over a decade and i just cant.
Even when i get to bed on time, my body STILL does not feel well reated and i struggle with getting quality sleep. 😢 I will wake up myltiple times at night or have such active dreams that i wake up feeling like i worked out. This has been a problem since i was a child and im exhausted. Not getting anywhere
My body also doesn’t want to fall asleep until around midnight and waking up around 8 am, which is latest I’ve ever woken up on a regular basis ever.
Have you done a sleep study? There might be something more than just willpower at play. A friend was just telling me about her sleep issues (that sound similar to what you are describing) and after a home sleep study, she is diagnosed 2 sleep problems and she’s working towards improvement.

FINALLY another Mompreneur that has kids under 3. I am about to have 3 under 4 plus 2 older ones and my business has tanked. But it’s because my routine tanked. Thus is SO gonna help me get my act back together. Ty!!
