  2. In Australia nothing is CF positive tbh when the avg appartment is 900k to 1.2M houses are more lile 2M unless you live on the outskirts of Sydney. So what is you advice?

    1. As someone from Melbourne, you are wrong. My 2 in traralgon is pos. And the one on the Gold coast is purposely negative for tax reasons 😉

    1. Real estate is a solid investment but demands effort and lacks liquidity compared to stocks and bonds. Long-term market trends should guide decisions.

    2. Sell and invest option is viable, but crucial to consult a trustworthy cfp for income projections aligned with your goals…
