I love how put together and intelligent Scarlett is. I hope this gets millions of views so other people can see that not all young kids are worthless. I also don’t you need to have a billion dollars to raise good kids, I bet most of her peers don’t come from as much wealth as she does and unless they are parented properly are not as mature and well spoken as this young lady. Millions does not create maturity and intellectual thought, family values, love, respect and effort do.
