You can speed up the playback speed! 😊 Also, I was vegan for over a decade, and agreed with you about dairy, but now I eat _tons_ of dairy without inflammatory responses, and I absolutely love it. My diet feels so decadent now. 🤣
I also love knowing that as I’m getting older, I’m giving my body protein that it can best utilize.
As you know though, the experts all disagree with each other. 🙂
In the end, we really just have to listen to our own bodies and intuition. I think my body was telling me to start eating animal proteins since I’m over 45 now.

@@chalenejohnson Nope, and I didnt even take the most expensive kind. I did have to deal with a bit of loose stools until I got my dosage right. I did take more than the recommended dosage but I’ll never stop taking it. Also, I had tried all of the things you mentioned and more. Nothing worked! Only magnesium. I am 67 now and have taken it for more than 5 years with no return of foot pain.
Wow I have been having problems with plantar fasciitis, am looking forward to do more magnesium to see if it helps for me!
@@soniahartnett1552 I recommended this to a few of my friends and all that tried it found relief. Take it at night as it relaxes your muscles. You will get tired from it. I started out with a wal mart brand but do your research and go from there. I would imagine Chalenes has probably got more good things for you in it. But I havent tried it.

I started taking that magnesium supplement when you said months ago that is the brand you take. I started with one capsule before bedtime and it helped my sleep almost immediately! Love it AND they do have excellent customer service. I was reordering last month and something glitched and order was completed so I thought no big deal I will try again later. The next day their customer service emailed me and apologized and asked if they can process the order and sent a free bottle just for the inconvenience.
Im vegan and i needed to supplement, it’s not a food issue it’s a soil issue.

Which is best powder, capsules or gummies and how do I know I have the right type…I’ll have to listen again.
I wanted to tell you something very important…. Magnesium Gylcinate has taken away ear ringing. It does this by relaxing the body and veins. However the capsules have SILICA as a dessicate which puts my ears in orbit. So, I simply cut open the caps to release the powdered Mag. inside. I take 4 per day and my ears are quiet. And no silica to bother about…… please tell anyone you know who has the ringing. The dose is approximately 400 mg. Thankyou.😊 PS. I am a retired nurse and to answer your great question about why Physicians don’t talk about vitamins, is they don’t learn it in Med school…well let’s just say not much. Plus….. there’s NO PROFIT IN IT. Inflammation is huge in causing heart disease…… which is, as you pointed out, a critical health issue for women. Subbed.
