And after listening to Dennis talk about giving my pancreas a rest and taking that to heart, my insulin sensitivity has improved in ways that are proven with my meter. I also credit losing weight over the past year and a half that now has my dawn phenomenon taking a vacation for about a month now. Thanks once again, Dennis!

  4. COUSE OF DEATH ON DEATH CERTIFICATE , , ” NOTHING SERIOUS ” WAS REPORTEDLY ON AN OLD CERTIFICATE . PROBABLY IN EARLY DAYS OF A PLAGUE. THINGS HAVE CHANGED.

  5. My heart disease was diagnosed before discovery of diabetes. I dropped 1/3 of my body wheight and my A1C to 5.1 in six months on low carb. My heart now is now normal and I’m insulin sensitive.

  6. Too much glucose and insulin does indeed cause inflammation of the blood vessels leading to fatty deposits which are the repair process. They missed the insulin part, but it is amazing they dont blame saturated fat.
    “Eating too many carbs” is not precise enough. I would say “eating and drinking glucose (carbs) you do not need; glucose is so vital your liver makes all you need”.
