    Baby doll I’ve asked and asked about workouts for women over 50 that don’t have to do with heavy weightlifting because I broke my back and hip and I cannot do that. Do everything else I’m in decent shape. I am a model, but I do have cellulite and I cannot lift, that way, please respond
