    Good morning 🌞

  • @igilistephen6149 says:

Please sir, is pop corn good for diabetes

    • @n0b0dy-73 says:

Absolutely not, popcorn is very high on the glycemic index. Corn and popcorn should be avoided.

    • @emh8861 says:

      Ask Mike the meter 🙂.

    • @marianne1959 says:

I agree☝️☝️. Bad for me as it’s a corn product….high in carbs. I cannot even eat a lot of Brussels sprouts as they contain carbs and can spike my glucose . Every single person is different but for most…no sugar, no processed foods at all. No fruit for me as that too spikes my glucose.

Every time before you eat something Google ..carbs in…. and you will know. Read labels. Low calorie ranch dressing for example has mega carbs as compared to its counterpart. Grace

My mother was diabetic, and I remember her eating cereal and toast for breakfast, because it was PART OF HER RECOMMENDED DIET. She died young, at age 77.

  • @veronicastewart1112 says:

I love quinoa, but read the carb count for one serving on the label. I do not eat quinoa anymore.

Dennis… You helped me reverse my t2d over 2 yrs ago watching your videos everyday and on repeat. Age 65 now and feeling amazing. I am asking for prayers for my 24 yr old son. I cannot go into detail here but would appreciate prayer for him.
Thank you for doing God’s work .❤

Low carbs(10) is so hard for me. Every day is a knock down 10 round fight. Never giving up. PTL

So glad I found your channel. Ty for sharing all your knowledge in helping us newly diagnosed type 2 myself. I go March 1 to have my A1c checked again after 6 months. But I know it’ll be better. I can tell because my legs are looking way better and I feel better. Prayers to you and your wife.

  • @alanking51 says:

Thank you for your videos. You give hope and inspiration to diabetics and pre diabetics.

  • @nancycansler3623 says:

My A1c was 5.8 back in November. My doctor says we don’t worry about it until it reaches 6.0. Go back for blood work in March. Been watching your videos. Hopefully A1c will be lower. I am thin. Lost 6 lbs since Nov. Only weigh 120 now. Afraid to lose too much weight. Already look frail. Age 66.

  • @jaedo71 says:

    My A1C is 8.4 now….oops.
