There are a lot of ways to generate revenue and do business online, but some are better than others. In this video, I'm ranking the WORST to BEST business ideas for beginners in 2025. This is predicated that you're building an audience online on any platform, and want to monetize that audience that you're building in a genuine way with long-term potential.

How would you rank doing a podcast as a business? I guess it is connected to online courses and coaching but what do you or your audience think. I am looking to do something simply and then if it is growing to invest more and more of my time into it.
Basically, everything I love and wanted to do was at the bottom and most things I don’t wanna do are on the top. Lol.
I’m screwed
His list is missing the “unfair advantage” factor though.
Take software for example:
If you want to build a SaaS for plumbers, because you’re a coder and your dad is a plumber, then you have such a leg up that his list shouldn’t matter to you.
His putting software at the bottom may make sense for the general population, but it isn’t relevant to me as a software developer, and that’s an aspect that Pat could have mentioned.
Also, his opinion is based on one product that didn’t work for him, not on the software landscape as a whole, so take his opinion with a bucket of salt.
I wonder how could you leverage better your product launch, because in case of a product launch it was effective because I heard about it from multiple places. But sadly I just found your channel this many years later..
