You think Donald wouldn’t pardon his family members in a heartbeat. Nobody talks about him pardoning Ivankas Father-in-law

  • @tonyyd1 says:

You wont hear about the original loan because it was cash transaction 😂

  • @Knife_Collector says:

From what I have read, you have to be convicted of a crime before you can be pardoned. And I think Biden thought Harris would win and she would pardon him, but when she did not, Biden had to act before leaving office.

Mr. Kiyosaki, I want to thank you for all you have done to teach us! I’ve read several of your books! Will you please consider writing a book about the very early stages of getting rich? Like when you’re still working a job and raising a family, and you want to begin investing in assets that cash flow, but you don’t know where to start? What are the elemental, basic, simple first steps to begin? How do I choose and establish a relationship with a bank? How do I get financing to begin to use leverage? How do I do this when I’m working to survive and it’s taking everything I make? I have no time or money and I don’t know where to start. You have covered the basic outline very well, and once I have 4 or 5 cash flowing rentals, I can see how to go from there, thanks to you. But I need to know how to buy the first couple of houses, when I don’t have time or money because I’m fighting to survive? Thank you so much!
